These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our property management services provided by SAWA PROPERTIES LTD (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
We provide fee-based property management services worldwide, including but not limited to property management, tenant affairs, maintenance coordination, financial reporting, and security services. All services are subject to a signed contract.
Our service fees range from £0 to £199 depending on the service selected. A FREE Design Consultation is offered to all new clients. Payment terms will be specified in your individual service agreement. All charges are transparent service fees with no hidden costs.
You agree to provide accurate property information, grant reasonable access for inspections, and notify us promptly of any changes that may affect our management duties.
While we take every reasonable precaution, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question during the month the issue arose. We are not liable for unforeseeable losses or third-party contractor failures beyond our control.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days’ written notice. Termination fees, if any, are detailed in your contract and governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
