At SAWA PROPERTIES LTD, we believe in fair and transparent refund practices. This policy sets out how cancellations and refunds are handled for our property management services.
Our FREE Design Consultation is provided at no charge. There is no cancellation fee and no refund obligation for this complimentary service.
You may cancel a scheduled service or terminate an ongoing contract by providing 30 days’ written notice. The following refund structure applies:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a service, you will receive a full refund for any fees paid in advance for the cancelled period. We will also assist in a smooth handover to another provider if requested.
Third-party disbursements (e.g., contractor deposits, licensing fees) that have already been paid to external parties are non-refundable. All other service fees are subject to the tiered refund structure above.
To request a refund, please email us at sawa.properties@hotmail.com with your name, service reference, and reason for cancellation. We aim to process all refund requests within 14 business days.
If you are unhappy with our refund decision, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may seek mediation under the laws of England and Wales.
